3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship original artworks and prints across India. Each piece is hand-packed by the artist or the artist’s representative with care to ensure it reaches you safely.
3.1 Order Processing Time
- Art prints: Are printed on-demand and dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.
- Original artworks: Dispatched within 5–7 business days, as each piece is custom-packed and may require additional protective framing.
- Commissioned artwork: Timelines are agreed individually with the customer at the time of commission, typically 2–3 weeks depending on size, medium, and complexity.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3.2 Domestic Shipping (within India)
- Shipped via reputed couriers such as India Post (Speed Post), Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delhivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges for art prints are free within India.
- Original artworks’ charges will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code. This is done offline in conversation with the customer.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you on request, once your order is dispatched.

3.4 Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Re-shipment due to address errors will be at the customer’s cost.
3.5 Damage in Transit
We pack every artwork with archival-grade materials. However, in the rare event your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged artwork before unboxing further.
- Email shipping [at] artbyaarohi [dot] com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.
3.6 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us at orders [at] artbyaarohi [dot] com with your order number. We will trace it with the courier and update you. If a shipment is declared lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
