This website (artbyaarohi.com) is owned and operated by ART BY AAROHI & DUX CONSULTING SERVICES, having its place of business at C-44, Diamond District Apt., Old Airport Road, Bangalore – 560008, Karnataka, INDIA (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “ArtByAarohi”). By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product or service from us, you (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1.1 About the Website

ArtByAarohi is the official online portfolio and storefront of artist Aarohi Singh. Through this website, we offer:

  • A blog featuring artistic content, projects, and personal essays
  • Original paintings and artworks for sale
  • Limited-edition and open-edition art prints
  • Commissioned artwork on request

1.2 Eligibility

1.3 Pricing and Payment

The prices mentioned on the site are final. Partner stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing of ArtbyAarohi partner stores. The prices in our partner stores may differ from those mentioned on our site.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, modify product descriptions, or discontinue any product without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
  • We accept payments through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, which supports Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets.

1.4 Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, photographs, blog content, and written material on artbyaarohi.com are the copyright of Aarohi Singh unless otherwise explicitly stated. Print rights for all artwork remain with the artist unless purchased separately, with specific written permission as proof of purchase.

You may not, without prior written consent:

  • Reproduce, copy, or republish artwork for commercial purposes
  • Use any image from the website for resale, prints, merchandise, or NFTs
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Train AI/ML models on the artwork or content

Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. The purchase of an original artwork or print transfers ownership of the physical piece only — copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

1.6 Commissioned Artwork

For commissioned pieces, additional terms apply and will be agreed in writing over email before work begins. These typically include scope, dimensions, medium, timeline, advance payment (usually 50% upfront), and delivery method. Commissions are bespoke and are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy clauses for custom work.

1.7 Product Information

ArtbyAarohi products displayed on the website may be available in certain stores in India from time to time. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in Indian rupees and are valid and effective only on purchases from the website. Keep in mind, ArtbyAarohi.com does not carry every item that you would find in our partner stores. Since these products are handmade for the most part, please allow for individual variations.

1.8 Availability

At ArtbyAarohi.com, we go out of our way to create/maintain/ select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the ArtbyAarohi brand is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are one of a kind or or are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on ArtbyAarohi.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us.

1.9 Disclaimer

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. Artwork colours may appear slightly different on different screens due to monitor settings, lighting, and photographic limitations. Minor variations between the photograph and the actual piece are inherent to handmade art and do not constitute a defect.

We endeavor to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on ArtbyAarohi.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event an ArtbyAarohi product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ArtbyAarohi shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtByAarohi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArtbyAarohi, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
