Of coasters and cushions

Over the years I have had a million ideas for collections and merchandize each with a distinct flavor of ArtByAarohi. But somehow it never really panned out, between kids/home/ husband traveling and of course external dependencies. They did however all come together during ‘The Poonchh Collection’. Though that is a different story. I did do some cushion covers and coasters as a sample set. I printed some/I painted others. A few have printing and painting both. I like how they came out and I look forward to doing more of the same as time permits and inspiration strikes.

This set above is both printed and then hand painted. It was inspired from Pen and Inks that I did whilst thinking about Rajsthan. And the set of coasters shown below are part of a range of about 10 different designs. These images were taken for a giveaway that I hosted for my dear friend Vineeta Nair’s blog turning five last year. And so now another year rolls by and it is my turn.

      Hi Aparna,
Please write to me at [email protected] with the pieces you are interested in. I just finished two exhibitions back to back and have not had the time to do an inventory to put up the catalog for the remaining stock. As and when that page goes up- it will have all the details you require.
